Corrections Policy

At Assistipedia, we are committed to publishing carefully researched and clearly sourced consumer information. Company information can change, and errors may occasionally occur. When we identify a material factual error or receive a credible correction, we review the information and make appropriate updates.

Independent & Unaffiliated
Assistipedia is an independent information directory. We are not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or authorized by any of the companies listed on this website.

Our Commitment

We are dedicated to accuracy and transparency in everything we publish.

Accuracy First

We seek to publish accurate information and review important company-specific factual claims against appropriate authoritative sources.

Open to Corrections

We welcome credible reports of inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or unclear information and review correction requests according to our editorial standards.

Corrections & Updates

When we verify a material factual error or significant change, we aim to update the applicable content within a reasonable period.

Review Transparency

Where appropriate, we display a Last reviewed or Last updated date to help readers understand when information was most recently reviewed or materially revised.

Reader Feedback

Readers can help us identify information that may require additional review. Submitted information does not automatically result in a change; our editorial team independently evaluates correction requests.

How to Request a Correction

If you believe information published on Assistipedia is inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or misleading, you can submit it for editorial review through our Suggest an Update form.

Our Review Process

We follow a clear process to evaluate and address correction requests.

1.Receive

We receive the correction request and identify the content being questioned.

2. Review

Our editorial team reviews the existing content, submitted information, and appropriate authoritative sources.

3. Correct

If a material factual error or significant change is verified, we update the applicable content and, where appropriate, its review or update information.

4. Respond

Where practical and when contact information is provided, we may inform the submitter after our review is completed.

Please do not submit passwords, one-time passwords, authentication codes, complete payment-card information, banking credentials, or other sensitive account information through a correction request. Assistipedia does not need this information to review website content.
Thank You!
Your feedback helps us keep Assistipedia accurate, trustworthy, and helpful for all consumers.

What May Be Corrected

Corrections may include factual issues such as:

  • Outdated company contact information

  • Incorrect official-resource links

  • Materially outdated company policies or procedures

  • Incorrect descriptions of publicly available company services

  • Incorrect dates, names, or factual statements

  • Broken or outdated source references

  • Information that was inadvertently presented without sufficient context

Requests involving editorial wording or interpretation are reviewed individually and do not necessarily result in a correction.

Minor and Material Changes

Assistipedia may correct typographical errors, formatting issues, broken links, or other minor issues without publishing a separate correction notice.

For material factual corrections, we may update the applicable content, sources, and review information as appropriate.

The manner in which a correction is documented may depend on the significance of the change.

Company and Third-Party Correction Requests

Companies, representatives, consumers, and other third parties may submit correction requests. All requests are evaluated using the same editorial standards.

A request from a company does not automatically result in content being removed or changed. Assistipedia independently reviews the relevant information and appropriate sources before determining whether an update is warranted.

Submitting a correction request does not create an affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or other relationship between Assistipedia and the submitter.

How We Verify Corrections

We evaluate correction requests using the same sourcing principles applied to our original research. Official company resources and other appropriate authoritative sources are prioritized when reviewing company-specific factual information.
